First of its Kind

The B&I Guaranteed Loan Program, measured.

Commissioned by NRLA and delivered to members at our 11th Annual USDA Lenders Spring Conference in Denver, the report pairs case studies with hard macroeconomic data to show exactly how guaranteed lending strengthens rural economies.

  • Counties receiving B&I investment saw employment gains in both the short and long run.
  • Higher GDP and GDP per capita than comparable counties without investment.
  • Earnings per worker climbed for nine consecutive years after the initial investment.
